Plum in chocolate - French cuisine pie. The perfect combination of plum and chocolate. The pie is slightly sour, but very tasty and satisfying. You will undoubtedly decorate the festive table with such a dish.

- - 125 g of cottage cheese
- - 150 g flour
- - 150 g granulated sugar
- - 185 g butter
- - 1 egg
- - 1 tbsp. l. sour cream
- - 1 tsp. vanillin
- - 1 tsp. cinnamon
- - 1 tbsp. l. baking powder
- - 8 slices of dark chocolate
- - 5 tbsp. l. milk
Instructions
Step 1
First, combine flour, 125 g butter, 50 g granulated sugar, baking powder, egg, cottage cheese and vanillin. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 1-1.30 hours.
Step 2
Make caramel. Add granulated sugar and cinnamon to the heated butter. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally, wait until granulated sugar melts and darkens. Remove from heat and transfer to a baking dish.
Step 3
Spread the caramel over the surface of the mold. Place the plums on top of the caramel. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll out the dough and distribute it over the surface, make sides, it is necessary for the plums to sink into the dough.
Step 4
Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 45-55 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let cool.
Step 5
Prepare the chocolate frosting. Dissolve dark chocolate in milk, stirring occasionally, until it turns into a homogeneous mass. Pour the icing over the cake and serve.
