Mix yeast with sugar (0.5 tsp) and warm milk. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Dissolve the saffron in warm water (you need 100 ml of water) and add salt (0.5 tsp). Mix the saffron solution with milk.
Step 2
Pour flour into a bowl, make a depression in the center. Gently pour the saffron and yeast milk into the well. Add egg and softened butter. Knead the dough. Put the finished dough in a bag and leave for 1 hour.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, lay out the dough and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
Step 4
Cooking the marinade. Combine lemon juice, curry, salt (0.5 tsp), pepper, sugar (0.5 tsp).
Step 5
Wash the turkey breasts and rub with the marinade. Leave it on for 20 minutes. Fry the breasts in vegetable oil on both sides until tender. Then cut the breasts into thin slices.
Step 6
