It is necessary

    • 1 cup flour;
    • 250 g of cottage cheese;
    • 200 g butter;
    • a pinch of salt;

    • 2 tablespoons of poppy seeds

    • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
    • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 200 g starch;
    • 1 cup granulated sugar;

    • 5 teaspoons of baking soda;
    • 1 egg;
    • flour;
    • walnut kernels;
    • coconut flakes;
    • 1 can of boiled condensed milk;
    • vanillin.

Instructions

Step 1

Bake poppy seeds. To do this, grind 200 grams of butter, softened at room temperature, with 250 grams of cottage cheese until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Add a pinch of salt and 1 cup of sifted flour to the curd and butter. Knead an elastic dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands.

Roll out the dough into a layer approximately 5 millimeters thick. Use a cookie cutter, corrugated knife, or glass to cut out the shaped cookies. You can cut the dough with a simple knife.

Sprinkle the surface of the cookies with granulated sugar and poppy seeds.

Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until tender.

To the resulting mass, add 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda, slaked with vinegar. Mix everything thoroughly.

Add starch and flour. Knead the lagging dough.

Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut. Place a walnut kernel in each ball.

Place the cookies on a greased baking sheet, place in the oven and bake until golden brown.

Step 12

Coat each baked ball with boiled condensed milk and sprinkle with coconut. Place the cookies on a plate and serve with tea, coffee or milk.
