It is necessary
- For the cupcake:
- - 2 eggs;
- - 170 g butter;
- - 160 g sour cream;
- - 200 g flour;
- - 200 g of sugar;
- - 0.5 tsp salt;
- - 0.5 tsp soda;
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
- - large apple.
- For Streusel:
- - 100 g of walnuts;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
- - 60 g flour;
- - 60 g butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Let's start by making a streusel! Use a food processor to grind the walnuts with cinnamon and sugar. Set aside a few tablespoons of the dry mixture, and chop the rest with flour and cold butter to a coarse state. Put in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Remove eggs and butter for making the dough from the refrigerator in advance - all the ingredients for making the cake dough should be at room temperature.
Step 3
Put the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Grease a rectangular cake pan and line with baking paper.
Step 4
Beat the soft butter. Add all the sugar and beat again until fluffy. The whipping process should take at least ten minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating at low speed after each.
Step 5
Separately sift flour with baking soda, salt and baking powder.
Step 6
Peel and cut the apple into thin slices.
Step 7
Add half the flour to the oil mixture, then half the sour cream, again half the flour and half the sour cream. After each time, mix thoroughly until smooth, slowly and gently.
Step 8
Put half of the dough into the prepared mold, sprinkle with the set nuts on top, lay a layer of apple slices and pour over the rest of the dough. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Remove the cake from the oven, sprinkle with streusel and return to the oven for about half an hour.
