It is necessary
- For muffins:
- - 1 tbsp. flour / s;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. sour cream;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. Sahara;
- - vanillin on the tip of a knife;
- - 1 egg.
- For Streusel:
- - 0, 25 st. brown sugar;
- - 0, 25 st. flour;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1 tsp cinnamon;
- - 25 g butter.
Instructions
Step 1
First, we take out the oil from the refrigerator so that it softens. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sift flour with baking powder.
Step 2
Use our hands to grind all the ingredients for the streusel into small crumbs.
Step 3
Beat butter with sour cream. Add sugar, beat in an egg and vanillin. Beat again until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients and mix quickly with a wooden spatula.
Step 4
Pour the dough into molds (if not silicone, pre-grease them with oil), filling them by a third. Put a tablespoon of streusel on top, and then a tablespoon of dough. Sprinkle each future muffin with a streusel. We bake for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly in the form and serve.
