  • - 300 g pitted prunes;
  • - 0, 5 tbsp. walnuts;
  • - 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 100 g of whipped cream.
  • For prune and mushroom salad:
  • - 250 g of prunes;
  • - 1 kg of mushrooms;
  • - 0.5 kg of carrots;
  • - 0.5 kg of onions;
  • - 15 walnuts;
  • - mayonnaise for dressing;
  • - parsley greens;
  • - vegetable oil for frying.

Instructions

Step 1

Pork ribs with prunes

Wash the pork ribs with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Rub them with salt, dried thyme, chopped garlic and ground black pepper.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a thick-walled skillet and fry the meat in it until golden brown. After that, transfer the ribs to a deep heat-resistant mold.

Step 3

Wash the prunes, pour boiling water over it and leave for 15-20 minutes. Cut the softened dried fruits into halves and put in a mold with meat, then pour cream over its contents and place in an oven heated to 180 ° C for 1 hour.

Dessert of prunes with nuts

Wash the prunes with cold water, and then pour over with boiling water, discard the fruits in a colander. When the prunes are dry, fill them with walnut kernels.

Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. Dip the prunes into the chocolate mass so that they cover each fruit. Then transfer the prunes to a flat plate and refrigerate. When the chocolate has set, garnish the treat with whipped cream and serve.

Prune and mushroom salad

Wash and peel the mushrooms, chop them finely and fry in vegetable oil until cooked, so that all the liquid has evaporated from them. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion finely and fry the vegetables in one pan.

Step 7

Rinse the prunes thoroughly and cover with hot water for 20 minutes. Then fold the prunes onto a sieve to drain the liquid. Then cut the dried plums into strips and combine with the fried vegetables.

Step 8

Chop the walnuts with a knife and mix with the prepared mushrooms. Put a layer of a mixture of vegetables and prunes on a flat dish, brush it with mayonnaise, put mushrooms and nuts on top, brush with mayonnaise again. Continue to alternate the mixtures until they are completely on the platter, garnish the top layer with parsley.
