3 glasses of flour, 300 ml of kefir, 1 small pack of dry yeast (11 grams), 2 teaspoons of sugar, 100 grams of butter, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon of salt, 500 grams of cabbage, vegetable oil

Step 1
Peel the top leaves of the cabbage and rinse. Chop the cabbage finely, add a little salt and stir. Pour vegetable oil and half a glass of water into a frying pan and leave to simmer. Stir the cabbage and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
Step 2
Heat the kefir and add sugar to it, mix. Add yeast and stir well. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Add 1 cup flour, 2 eggs and salt to the yeast diluted in kefir. Whisk well.
Step 4
Melt the butter over low heat, let cool for 2-3 minutes and pour into the dough. Add the remaining 2 cups flour.
Step 5
Let the dough stand out for 15 minutes. The dough should not stick to your hands. Cover with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for an hour.

Make small balls out of the dough and roll them out. Place the cooled stewed cabbage in the center and carefully cover the pies.
Step 7
Place the patties on a baking sheet greased with sunflower oil and let it brew for 10 minutes.
