- - 500 g flour

- - 2 teaspoons of yeast
- - 2, 5 tablespoons of sugar
- - 4 tablespoons dried bell pepper
- - vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the milk slightly. Add salt, yeast, sugar, 1/4 of flour to it. You will get a dough.

Let it stand for an hour. Then add dried bell pepper and melted butter to the dough. Pour the rest of the flour here.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly with a mixer for 7 minutes. Let the dough sit for another 45 minutes. For the specified time, it should increase by 1.5-2 times.
Step 4
Having formed a loaf, put it in a mold greased with vegetable oil. Leave to proof for half an hour. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
