It is necessary
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - 100 ml of milk;
- - 2 cups black currant;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina;
- - 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, vanilla sugar;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Sort out the black currant berries, rinse them thoroughly. Grind them in a blender along with the addition of 5 tablespoons of sugar. You can adjust the amount of sugar to taste - it largely depends on the sweetness of the berries you choose.
Step 2
Heat the milk slightly and pour the semolina with it, let it swell a little. Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks thoroughly with cottage cheese, add a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, semolina and grated berries.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites separately until a light foam forms, gently stir them into the curd mass.
Step 4
Coat a baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil, pour the resulting curd and berry mass into it. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 160-180 degrees.
Step 5
Bake the black currant curd soufflé at the indicated temperature for 30-35 minutes. Remove the soufflé from the oven, cool it without removing it from the mold.
Step 6
Ready curd soufflé should be served chilled. Additionally, you can decorate the top with fresh berries and fresh mint leaves at your discretion.
