Do you want to cook a simple yet satisfying dish? Make chicken and walnuts pudding. Chicken pieces are very soft, while the surrounding bread has a moist, homogeneous mass. Nuts do not need to be added, but the flavor of the food is richer with them.

Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Leave the meat raw inside. Season lightly and season with salt. Cover the pan and remove from heat.
Step 2
Cut the loaf into medium sized cubes. Grind the nuts in a coffee grinder, pass the garlic through a press. Combine pepper, salt, sour cream, and eggs in a bowl. Add the garlic with nuts, stir in the chopped loaf cubes.
Step 3
Stir the cooling chicken. Liberally grease a high-sided baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the bread and chicken mass inside it and flatten.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 200oC, place the pudding dish inside and bake for half an hour. Remove the finished pudding from the oven, cool slightly, remove from the mold and cut into portions. Serve with pepper, salt, herbs, garlic and sour cream sauce.
