This appetizer looks so impressive that it will definitely become a favorite of the festive table. Red tomatoes, smooth green avocado paste and elegant shrimp topping it all. And most importantly, the dish is dietary and does not threaten the size of the waist at all.

It is necessary

  • - 3 large tomatoes;
  • - 12 large shrimps;
  • - one medium sized avocado;
  • - 100 g of soft cream cheese;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - one lemon;
  • - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the shrimp in salted water, peel, but do not remove the tails.

Step 2

Also peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut it into pieces of any shape and size, and immediately sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 3

Place chopped avocado, soft cream cheese, olive oil and soy sauce in a blender or food processor. Beat everything until smooth and, if necessary, add salt to your taste.

Step 4

Cut each tomato lengthwise into 4 parts, carefully remove the seeds and some pulp from each quarter with a teaspoon.

Step 5

Put the resulting boats on a flat oval dish. Spread 1 teaspoon of cooked avocado paste on each quarter, and put 1 shrimp on top. You can decorate a festive dish with lettuce leaves and serve.
