A delicious, healthy and low calorie cauliflower salad recipe. Cauliflower contains only 30 kcal, while it is rich in vitamins B, C, A and PP, mineral salts and trace elements.

- - cauliflower - 500 gr.;
- - feta cheese - 100 gr.;
- - walnut kernels (chopped) - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - green onions (finely chopped) - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - kefir - 100 gr.;
- - sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - salt, pepper - to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Initially, you need to boil the cauliflower in salted water until tender. After the cabbage has cooled down, it must be finely chopped, or divided into small inflorescences.
Step 2
Mix the cabbage with nuts, green onions and finely diced feta cheese.
Step 3
Season the salad with a slightly salted mixture of sour cream and kefir. Sprinkle with herbs (parsley) and spices (such as saffron) if desired.
