A la Tiramisu cake is a delicious and delicate dessert that tastes like the famous Italian dish. Airy butter cream, rich aroma of coffee and chocolate will not leave anyone indifferent.
It is necessary
- For biscuit:
- - 4 eggs;
- - 100 g of sugar;
- - 100 g flour;
- - 25 g of corn starch;
- - 25 g butter.
- For filling:
- - 500 g mascarpone;
- - 250 ml whipping cream;
- - 100 g of dark chocolate;
- - 80 g of icing sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of natural ground coffee.
- For impregnation:
- - 100 ml of coffee liqueur.
- For sprinkling:
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of cocoa powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour and cornstarch. Melt the butter in a water bath and cool.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until the egg mass becomes light and increases in volume by 3 times.
Step 3
Add sifted flour, melted butter to the beaten eggs and carefully alter everything.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with butter and pour the prepared dough into it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes. We check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick or a match (it must be dry).
Step 5
Cool the finished cake base and cut it horizontally into 3 equal parts.
Step 6
2 tbsp. pour 150 ml of water into spoons of natural ground coffee and cook over low heat, cool and add coffee liqueur to it.
Step 7
Rub the chocolate on a coarse grater. Knead the pasta with a spatula and mix with 40 g of powdered sugar until smooth.
Step 8
Whisk in the cream with the rest of the icing sugar and mix with the mascarpone.
Step 9
Put 1 crust into the cake pan and soak it with 1/3 of a mixture of coffee and coffee liqueur, grease with 1/3 of the cream and sprinkle with 1/3 of grated chocolate.
Step 10
We put the last cake and press it down slightly. Saturate with the rest of the coffee mixture and put the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 11
Put the chilled cake on a dish. Grease the top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate. Let the cake brew a little more.
