Mix the powdered sugar with the almond flour. Whisk the egg whites into a strong foam, add sugar and red dye. Stir the almond mixture into the egg whites, place the resulting dough in a cooking syringe, and squeeze it into rounds onto baking paper.

Let the dough sit for 40 minutes. Then bake the pasta at 170 degrees (the oven should already be warmed up) for about 12 minutes.

While you can make the cream. To do this, peel the persimmon, take 80 g of pulp and grind in a blender until puree, pour gelling sugar into it, heat until it is completely dissolved. Remove the resulting cream from the stove, stir in 1 teaspoon of liquor, cool completely.
Step 4
On one half of the finished dough, apply fragrant cream jelly, press down with the other half - you get a popular pasta cake. Collect all the cakes in the same way. You can make colored cakes by using different colored dyes.
