This flaky cheese bread can delight you. It is fragrant and very soft. Garlic gives the bread a delicious, tender and light flavor. The delicious pastry combines a touch of sweetness and cheese-like salinity.
It is necessary

- - cheese - 200 g;
- - yeast dough - 800 g.

Step 1
Divide the dough into four parts, from these parts roll out circles with a diameter of 20 centimeters. Make one layer of dough slightly larger than the others.

Bring the butter to room temperature, mix it with the garlic pressed through a press.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Place one sheet of dough in a mold or baking sheet. Lubricate it with 1/3 of the oil, but leave a clean edge of 1 centimeter.
Step 4
Spread out a third of the cheese and smooth over the surface. Cover with another layer of dough. Also grease it with butter, sprinkle with cheese. Do the same with the third sheet.
Step 5
Cover the structure with the fourth, largest sheet. Pinch together the edges of the bottom and top sheets carefully. Lubricate the top of the bread with water, let it rise at least one and a half times.
Step 6
Make punctures with a fork through all layers. Brush the bread again with water. Preheat oven to 220oC. Bake the bread in the oven for 10 minutes, until browned. Then open the oven slightly and cover the bread with foil on top. Reduce temperature to 180oC and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the cooked bread from the baking sheet and wrap with a tea towel. Puff cheese bread tastes best when warm. Aim to reheat the slices for 5 seconds before serving in the microwave. Store such bread in the refrigerator wrapped in plastic.
