To prepare this dish you will need:

- 500 g minced pork and beef;

- 1 head of onion;

- an egg;

- 100 g of white bread;

- 1-2 cloves of garlic;

- 1 potato;

- 3 tbsp. spoons of water;

- salt and black pepper to taste;

Combine minced meat with egg, soaked bread pulp and chopped onions. Add the grated raw potatoes and pressed garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly, adding a little boiled or soda water for more juiciness of the cutlets.

Dip the skewers in water for 15 minutes, otherwise they may burn in the oven. Then form oblong cutlets from the minced meat and string each on a skewer. Place them on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake until tender. You can serve such a healthy dish with mashed potatoes.

Fish with vegetables

Ingredients:

- 300 g fillet of salmon or salmon;

- 1 sweet pepper;

- 1 zucchini;

- lemon;

- salt and black pepper to taste;

- wine vinegar to taste;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of Dijon mustard;

- salt and pepper to taste;

Wash the chicken fillet, dry and cut into small cubes of approximately the same size. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Marinate the fillet pieces in this mixture, leaving for 2 hours at room temperature. After the allotted time, string the meat on skewers pre-soaked in water, and then wipe off the excess marinade a little with a cloth. Fry in a hot skillet until golden brown, then place on a baking sheet and bring in the oven until tender.

To prepare a delicious and original appetizer for white wine, boil the shrimp until tender, peel and skewer, alternating with slices of fresh avocado and lemon.
