Step 1
Preheat oven to 190 C. Defrost shrimp in advance if frozen. Peel and chop the garlic and onion. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the garlic and onion over low heat. Cut the mushrooms into slices and toss them in the pan with the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, then stir and leave to simmer.
Step 2
Take a second frying pan and melt 60 g of butter in it, add flour. Flour must be heated for 1, 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Then add 150 ml to the flour. vegetable broth and 2 tbsp. l wine. Stir well and add the remaining stock to the skillet. Bring to a boil and pour in the cream, stir well and remove from heat.
Step 3
Take a fish fillet and cut it into small pieces. Add it to mushrooms and onions. Add shrimp there. Season with salt, pepper and stir. Pour in 2 tablespoons. wine and seasoning with fish.
Step 4
Make mashed potatoes. To do this, peel and boil the potatoes. Then add butter to the potatoes and use a crush to make mashed potatoes, pour milk into it and bring it to a homogeneous mass with a blender.
Step 5
First grease the ceramic mold with butter. Then put mushrooms, shrimps and fish in it. Pour the sauce over everything and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Take out the form. On the side, make a border with the previously cooked mashed potatoes and put in the oven again for 5 minutes.
