This recipe is that rare case when a dietary dish is not ashamed to be served at the festive table.
It is necessary
- - 4 chicken fillets;
- - 200 g of cottage cheese;
- - a bunch of parsley;
- - a bunch of dill;
- - juice of one lemon;
- - sea salt, black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut each fillet in the center and open. Knock it back through the plastic bag. Season with salt and pepper, and repeat the same procedures on the other side. Drizzle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for at least half an hour (or you can put it in the refrigerator overnight).
Step 2
In the meantime, let's get to the stuffing. Finely chop the herbs, mix with cottage cheese and spices to taste (it is better to do this with a blender: this will make the mixture more homogeneous).
Step 3
Place a portion of the filling on each fillet, roll it up and place in a baking dish. Brush lightly with olive oil on top to keep the fillets from drying out. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the rolls there for 40-50 minutes. Then let cool and cut diagonally. Bon Appetit!
