Step 1
Wash the eggplants and zucchini, dry with paper towels or towels, cut into circles, the thickness of which is approximately 3 mm.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, peel and boil in salted water. Drain the water, cool the potatoes, and then cut into slices.

Grease the puff pastry with olive oil, then put a layer of tomato sauce, put a layer of zucchini on top, then again a layer of tomato sauce, then a layer of boiled potatoes, then tomato sauce with fresh basil, followed by eggplant and finish with tomato sauce with basil. Top the pie with dough and bake in the oven for eight minutes. The oven must be preheated to 230 degrees.
