Today I decided to help those who seem to be good with baking, but never dared to bake pies - you need to know what kind of dough … plus two sausages in the dough (when the filling is over and the dough remains).
In total, 20 non-small pies were obtained from the indicated volume of dough.
What is required for the dough:
- kefir 300 ml (better than 2.5-5%, but once I took 0.1% and nothing terrible happened);
- milk 150 ml;
- flour about 700 g;
- 3 eggs;
- salt;
- sugar 1, 5 table. spoons;
- yeast - 10 gram sachet dry or 50 g raw;
- vegetable oil 150 ml.
First step. We heat the milk (I'm in the microwave for 1 minute - to keep it warm), sand and yeast there and mix. We put in a warm place for 10 minutes - the dough should rise.
Second step. We mix kefir and vegetable oil, we also slightly heat it up. Drive 2 eggs into it, mix. Add the risen dough, then flour and salt. Knead the dough until it comes off your hands. We put it in a warm place, cover it with a towel. We are waiting for the rise for about half an hour.
Third step. Making the filling. We wash and cut the green onions, cook, peel and chop the eggs. I got the proportion - 7 eggs and a small package of onions from the hypermarket (easily covered in diameter by the thumb and forefinger). Salt a little and mix everything.
Fourth step. We take the risen dough, put it on the table. I stretched out a sausage to make it easier to cut it off. We form small cakes (I advise you to roll them with a rolling pin, not with your hands), put the filling, not sparing, and pinch. We spread on a pre-greased baking sheet with the seam of the pie fastening down.
The fifth and final step. Beat the remaining egg, grease the pies liberally with a culinary brush. Into the oven! Bake for about 20 minutes at 200-220 ° C or low heat.
