- - 1, 5 tsp yeast
- - 250 g flour
- - 1 tbsp. l. thyme
- - 75 g olives
- - 0.5 tsp salt
- - 40 g butter
- - 120 ml of water
- - 1 kg of onions
- - 4 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - 1 can of anchovies
- - pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
First take the onion, then cut it into thin half rings.
Step 2
Prepare the dough. Combine flour, yeast, olive oil, water and salt. Knead the dough. Place in a warm place for 30-40 minutes to rise the dough.
Step 3
Take a skillet, then add 3 tbsp. l. olive oil and butter, melt it. Add the onion and simmer over low heat until transparent, stirring for about 25-30 minutes, add thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, make a side. Place a layer of onions on top of the dough and make an anchovy net on top. Place an olive in the middle of each cell.
Step 5
Then place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown. Cut into portions and serve warm or cold.
