A cake that will amaze the imagination of your guests and will not leave indifferent even the most demanding gourmet.

    • 500 ml milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 400 g flour
    • baking powder
    • salt
    • cherry 400 g
    • 4 bananas
    • starch
    • 600 g sour cream.

Instructions

Step 1

Bake pancakes. Beat eggs with salt and 200 g of sugar. Add vegetable oil, milk, salt, baking soda, flour and mix well.

Step 2

Preheat the skillet, lightly grease it with butter. Pour some dough into the middle and distribute it evenly over the entire surface (for this, the pan must be twisted). When the bottom of the pancake is browned, turn it over.

Step 3

Prepare the cherry and banana cake filling. To do this, slice the bananas. Add a little starch to the cherries. Do not stir the fruit.

Step 4

Whisk the sour cream with the remaining sugar. Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts: add banana to one, and cherry to the other. Stir.

Step 5

Form a pancake cake. To do this, coat each pancake with cooked cream, alternating layers - one with a banana, the other with a cherry. The top layer can be smeared with just sour cream, decorating to taste.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours to soak the cake thoroughly.
