This dish can be served as a snack or light, low-calorie dinner. The boiled chicken included in its composition will make the salad hearty, and fresh apples will enrich the body with a mass of vitamins and fiber useful for digestion.
It is necessary
- - 150 g chicken breast;
- - 1-2 apples;
- - ½ bunch of spinach;
- - 100 g feta cheese;
- - ½ red onion head;
- - juice of half a lemon;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of apple cider vinegar;
- - 1 teaspoon of honey.

Step 1
To make an apple salad, first add the dressing to it. It should be infused for a while. To do this, melt the honey a little, making it more liquid. Mix it with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and the juice of half a lemon.
Step 2
Boil the chicken breast in salted water. Then cool, separate the meat from the bones and cartilage, cut it into small cubes and put it in a salad bowl.
Step 3
Wash the apples and cut into thin slices, add to the salad bowl along with coarsely chopped spinach. Put half rings of red onion and coarsely chopped cheese there.
Step 4
Pour the prepared salad of apples and chicken with the prepared dressing and stir slightly. You can also add some crushed walnuts to it at this stage. Serve the dish with dry white wine.
