Quite often, this or that food can be harmful, although we only know about it what benefits it brings to our body. Of course, each person is unique, and it is not so easy to determine unequivocally what exactly causes the discomfort, but you can try to observe the reaction to specific foods.

Wine, which contains the histamine found in the skin of grapes, has a significant effect on the occurrence of pain in the head area. People use different wines - whoever likes which one, and everyone can complain about pain, but here it is necessary to draw a parallel. Unlike white wine, the skin for red wine is not peeled off before the fermentation stage, which means that red wine is most likely to have a headache.

Biogenic amines contained in cheese, liver, sour cream, products containing yeast affect human sleep and can provoke headaches. It will be most convenient to simply observe what processes occur when the above products are taken. But do not exacerbate your feeling, because self-hypnosis will finally lead you astray.

A tremendous effect on the entire body as a whole, in particular on the manifestation of pain, is exerted by those products to which amplifiers of taste and aroma are added: various highly processed foods (for example, sausages), sauces with different additives and flavors, many sweets not only spoil the taste buds and dull the ability to taste ordinary food, but they can also give incorrect signals to some areas of the brain, which leads to headaches.

Another enemy is sugar. Sugar as such does not benefit a person, and refined sugar is a drug at all, since it is "synthetic". Manufacturers try to use the cheapest sugar, and, accordingly, the more harmful. Eating too much sugar will negatively affect your entire body, not only cause migraines, so quitting or at least reducing it will be an important step towards improving your overall condition.

It should also be noted that taking an anesthetic is not a solution. It makes sense to completely abandon it, especially while observing the body's reaction to certain foods, since anesthesia itself dulls sensations, and it clearly has a detrimental effect on the liver. Track and note that of the above you often consume, and then consider your own well-being for several days, eating different amounts of such food from day to day if you suspect that it is in it.

You can actually control the listed food products and even refuse them, if you are sure that a particular product simply does not suit you. Nevertheless, do not forget about elementary physical activity, meditations and massages, which you can carry out on your own in order to improve your well-being and physical health.
