In summer, when there are any berries in abundance, they should be eaten not only fresh, but also in any other form. Berries can be candied, made with jam or preserves, or filled with pancakes. The cherry filling is very tasty and original, to which pear, cherry jam and lemon juice are also added.

- For filling:
- - cherry 400 g
- - pear 2 pcs.
- - cherry jam 4 tbsp. spoons
- - juice of half a lemon
- - icing sugar

Step 1
Add eggs to milk and beat thoroughly. Add a pinch of salt and flour. Beat the dough well and bake a few pancakes.
Step 2
For the filling, you can use both fresh cherries and canned ones. The berry must be pitted. If you are using fresh cherries, then they should be dipped in boiling water and boiled for 5 minutes, adding a tablespoon of sugar.
Step 3
In a saucepan, heat the cherry jam with lemon juice, chopped pear and two tablespoons of water in which the cherries were boiling. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the pan from heat, add the cherries and stir in the sweet mass. Stuff the pancakes with this mixture, roll them into a tube and put them on a greased baking sheet. Send the pancakes to the oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
