It is necessary

  • For filling:
  • - 1 large carrot;
  • - 50 g of white chocolate;
  • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cream;
  • - 2 teaspoons of sugar;
  • - 1 teaspoon of butter.
  • For glaze:
  • - 100 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of cream.
  • For decoration:
  • - walnuts, almonds or unsalted pistachios.

Instructions

Step 1

Take one large carrot, peel it, grate it on a fine grater, put it in a saucepan, pour in the cream, add butter and sugar and simmer for 7 minutes, stirring constantly the creamy carrot mass.

Step 2

After 7 minutes, add white chocolate to the pan, immediately remove from the stove, stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted. Refrigerate and form small balls from this mass with two teaspoons.

Step 3

Cover the plate with parchment and place the resulting carrot balls on it.

Step 4

Break the bitter chocolate for icing into pieces, melt with the cream, stirring constantly.

Step 5

Pour the chocolate icing over the sweets, decorate with nuts to your liking. Let the icing set, then carefully remove the candies from the parchment and put them in a vase. You can first grease small molds with chocolate, freeze, put the carrot filling in them, cover with a layer of chocolate (bottom) and freeze again. In this case, lower the mold with ready-made candies in boiling water for a couple of seconds, so that it is easier to get the candies out of them.
