Curd mousse with peach and prunes is an option for a quick breakfast. This healthy mousse is made from cottage cheese and sour cream in just twenty minutes. Thanks to peaches and honey, the mousse becomes sweet, and children will definitely like it.
It is necessary
- For two servings:
- - 400 g fat-free cottage cheese;
- - 50 g pitted prunes;
- - 10 g fresh mint;
- - 1 peach;
- - 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream 15% fat;
- - 2 teaspoons of flower honey.
Instructions
Step 1
Place the curd in a blender bowl, add sour cream and flower honey. Whisk the components of the future mousse until smooth and fluffy. There is no need to add sugar, breakfast is moderately sweet due to honey.
Step 2
Rinse peach, peel, cut into thin slices. Rinse the prunes, dry with a paper towel, cut into thin strips. We need peach and prunes to decorate the finished mousse. Instead of a peach, you can use apricots, apples and other fruits of your choice. Instead of prunes, you can sprinkle the prepared mousse with fresh berries.
Step 3
Spread the curd mousse over the bowls or serving bowls. Top with flower-shaped pieces of peach, sprinkle with prunes. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. If you have 10 minutes left, then put the dessert in the refrigerator for cooling, then serve it on the table.
