Break eggs into a bowl, add cooled melted butter there. Then put the crushed cheese, soda and salt in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients using a mixer. Pour in the required amount of mineral sparkling water. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Wheat flour of the highest grade must be sieved through a fine sieve. This is done in order to get rid of flour lumps and dirt, as well as to saturate the flour with oxygen. Pour flour into the resulting mixture and knead the dough using the same blender. To make the waffles more tender, it is better to replace carbonated water with sour cream. If desired, add sesame seeds to the dough.
