We take the pulp of beef or veal twice, pass through a meat grinder together with the onion, put salt, pepper, a raw egg and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Divide the finished mass into flat cakes and put minced meat in each flat cake.

To prepare minced meat, finely chop a hard egg, add onions, salt, pepper and mix everything well.

From the meat cakes, we begin to sculpt cutlets in the form of a circle.
