Step 1
A very tasty and uncomplicated option is semolina pancakes. You can use leftovers from breakfast or make porridge specifically for baking pancakes. The option boiled in water or milk will do. Boil the liquid in a small saucepan, add salt and stir in the cereal, stirring occasionally. After a couple of minutes, remove the porridge from the stove and refrigerate.
Step 2
Crack the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks one at a time into the semolina porridge, adding sugar in portions. Grind the mixture until smooth and fluffy. This can be done manually or using a mixer.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the whites until stiff. Put the protein mass in portions into the mixture of porridge and yolks and mix gently, making sure that it does not fall off. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Put the semolina in small portions in a pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve the finished pancakes on a large platter or platter. They are delicious with sour cream, jam, condensed milk or fresh berries.

The recipe can be supplemented by adding apples to the dough. Peel and seed the sweet and sour varieties and cut into very small cubes. Gently stir the apples into the dough along with the whites.
