- - 1 tbsp. milk;
- - 50 g semolina;
- - 25 g butter;
- - 1 egg;
- - 10 g of sugar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 50 g of raisins;
- - 50 g flour;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Having removed the fire to a minimum, from a closed fist, in a very thin stream, we begin to pour semolina into the milk, actively stirring. Continue stirring until thick, then add a cube of butter, cover and set aside from the burner.
Step 2
Divide the egg into white and yolk. We send the protein into a saucepan with slightly cooled porridge, and mix the yolk with salt and sugar.
Step 3
Now we send the yolk and dried fruits to the porridge, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Preheat a frying pan with a little oil. With the help of a tablespoon, we form the pancakes, then roll each in flour and put in a hot pan. Reduce heat to medium and fry until tender. Serve with honey, jam or condensed milk - to taste and desire.
