Instructions

Step 1

Break the egg into a deep bowl, shake slightly with a whisk. Add soft processed cheese and stir until smooth.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, salt, sifted flour, and baking powder. Add this dry mass to eggs and cheese, stir.

Step 3

Add sour cream and stir the dough until smooth.

Step 4

Place paper inserts in silicone or any other muffin tins. Divide the dough into the molds about 2/3 of the height.

Step 5

Place the molds with the dough in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes. At the exit, you will have 6 aromatic cheese muffins.
