To prepare julienne you will need:

Shrimp size 70/90 - 200 g;

Rice - 100 g;

Mushrooms - 100 g;

Bow - 1 head;

· Salt.

To make the sauce:

Wheat flour - 1 tbsp. l. with a slide;

· Milk;

· butter;

· Shrimp broth.

How to make julienne with seafood and mushrooms

First, boil the shrimp in salted water for a few minutes. Then clean them from the shell, heads and legs. To make the shrimp tastier, they can be boiled in fish broth or in plain water, but with the addition of a variety of spices. After the shrimps are cooked, they need to be cooled, and the resulting broth should be left, in the future it will be useful to us for making the sauce.

Cook the rice in another saucepan and then add it to the already cooked shrimp. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly. Next, lightly fry the onion, add the mushrooms to it and bring it to readiness. Then add rice with shrimps to onion with mushrooms. Put the whole mixture in a baking dish, pour over the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

To prepare the sauce, you first need to melt the butter in a skillet. Fry the flour in it, and then pour out the warm shrimp broth and milk. You need to cook until the contents thicken.
