Frozen water has structural features that distinguish it from plain water. Arranging molecules in a certain order gives the product the ability to treat a wide range of diseases that even mainstream medicine cannot cope with.
It is necessary
- - Plastic container;
- - Water filter;
- - Water;
- - Freezer.
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure you have enough plastic containers to prepare frozen water. It is recommended to drink at least 3 glasses of thawed water daily. Frozen water must be pre-purified from impurities: rust, sand. Use a charcoal filter with liquid through it.
Step 2
Pour water into prepared containers and place in freezer. The temperature should be -18 degrees. Keep water in the freezer for 8-10 hours. Therefore, it is best to freeze the liquid before bed. After taking the containers out of the freezer, pour boiling water over the bottom. Then, pierce the ice crust with a sharp object and drain the water that did not have time to freeze from the inside of the container. This is necessary because the remaining unfrozen liquid contains harmful impurities.
Step 3
In case of complete freezing of water, pay attention to the inside of the ice. It will turn out to be hazy, in contrast to the crystal clear edges. It is necessary to make a hole through which it will be possible to melt the cloudy area with a stream of running water and drain the substandard water. After this procedure, you can begin to thaw the liquid that will be used for drinking. Of course, it is advisable to choose the capacity and time that are optimal for obtaining a piece of ice with unfrozen water inside.
Step 4
In the absence of experience on how to drink frozen water, it is recommended to get used to it gradually. Drink no more than 100 ml of melt water per day at first. Increase the dose by 100 ml every three days until you bring the volume of liquid to 700 ml. You can drink up to 1.5 liters of melt water daily.
Step 5
If melt water is prepared for medicinal purposes, drink it 4-5 times during the day, 30 minutes before meals. The course of treatment is usually 30-40 days. The volume of frozen water consumed per day should be 1% of the body weight.
