Honey is famous for its beneficial properties and beneficial effects on the human body. It is often eaten, but it happens that it is sugar-coated. It is quite possible to fix this and return honey to its original state on our own.

Step 1
Melt the honey in a water bath. Crystallization of glucose and sucrose leads to the fact that initially liquid honey becomes solid, with distinct crystals. It is possible to return it to its former structure by increasing the temperature. You will need a glass jar and two saucepans (one smaller than the other). Transfer the candied honey to a jar, pour water into a larger saucepan and heat over high heat.
Step 2
Wait for the water to boil, reduce heat to medium. Place the smaller one in a large saucepan so that it snaps onto the handles. The water level should not reach the bottom of the small saucepan. This method is good because the honey will be heated gradually and in a gentle mode, without overheating.
Step 3
Place the jar of crystallized honey in a small saucepan. Next, you need to wait from fifteen to thirty minutes (depending on the amount of honey). It will gradually begin to dissolve and acquire its original liquid structure. It is important to keep the pot over low heat, as excessive heat can destroy some enzymes, making the honey less useful. Store melted honey in a closed jar in a warm, cool place. This will preserve its properties and structure.
Step 4
Place honey in a warm room. Note that this method may take longer to melt the honey. A bath or sauna is perfect. Leave the container with honey in it for twenty to twenty-five minutes. Then put it in a cool place. If you do not urgently need to liquidate the honey, then you can leave it near the stove or the battery - you will get the result within a few days, and possibly a week.
