To prepare an unusual nut-mushroom sauce for rice, you need to take 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter, half a glass of milk, onions, 100 grams of mushrooms, capers or pickles, balsamic vinegar, crushed peanuts, meat broth, sugar, salt and herbs if desired. Pour the flour into a frying pan, put it on the fire and wait until it acquires a golden hue. In another frying pan in butter, fry finely chopped onions, chopped capers and mushrooms. Stew this mixture, then put the nuts, heated flour there, pour in milk, broth and vinegar. The resulting mixture must be stewed a little more over low heat, at the end of cooking, salt to taste, add pepper and herbs.

Tomato sauce

A very simple, but equally delicious sauce for rice based on tomato paste. To prepare it, you need 50 gr. tomato paste, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, chicken broth, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour, a head of onion, 1 carrot, garlic, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, 4 medium mushrooms, pepper, sugar, salt, dried herbs.

Tomato sauce is good with any cereal, not just rice.

In vegetable oil, fry the flour until golden brown, add chopped mushrooms, onions, carrots and garlic and fry until tender. Pour the broth into the resulting mixture, season with spices, salt, add sugar and simmer until the sauce begins to thicken. At the very end, add tomato paste and simmer a little more.
