You can fully extract the rich aroma and flavor from coffee beans if they are prepared correctly. The beans must be roasted and ground immediately before brewing. But if you bought already ground coffee in a vacuum bag, then try not to lose the aroma residues. Pour the coffee from the bag into a jar with a tight lid.
It is necessary
-
- ground coffee;
- granulated sugar;
- cinnamon;
- cloves;
- coffee maker;
- Turk;
- French press;
- a cup with a strainer.
Instructions
Step 1
Brew coffee in a coffee maker. Use exactly the coffee grind required in the instructions for your machine.
Step 2
Turkish-made coffee. Use a medium ground coffee. Use a copper turk (cezve). Put it on a fire to warm it up well.
Step 3
Pour ground coffee into the Turk. Expect 2 tsp for one cup. coffee powder.
Step 4
Add granulated sugar if your coffee is sweet.
Step 5
Add a couple of cloves and cinnamon to taste.
Step 6
Fill with cold purified water. The taste of the water will greatly influence the taste of your coffee.
Step 7
Reduce heat and put the turk on fire. Watch the brewing of the drink carefully. The coffee may foam and splash onto the stove.
Step 8
Bring coffee to a boil. As soon as the surface of the liquid bubbles up and the foam starts to rise, remove the turk from the heat. Let the foam settle and bring to a boil again. Do this several times to maximize the flavor and aroma of the brewed coffee.
Step 9
Pour coffee into beautiful cups through a fine strainer.
Step 10
Make coffee using a French press. Scald the French press with boiling water from the kettle. Pour medium or coarse coffee into it. Fill with hot water. Cover with a lid.
Step 11
Leave the coffee to brew for 10 minutes. This method is very convenient - you don't need to keep track of the coffee. While it is brewing, start setting the table.
Step 12
Slowly lower the plunger from the French press. Do this carefully so that the drink does not spill out.
Step 13
Pour coffee into cups.
Step 14
Prepare coffee in a special cup with a strainer. Pour a couple of teaspoons of finely ground coffee into a strainer based on your taste and cup size. Pour boiling water so that the ground coffee is completely immersed in boiling water. Leave to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the strainer and discard the coffee grounds. There was a hot drink in the cup.
