It is necessary

  • For flavoring:
  • - 3.50 ml of orange oil;
  • - 1.00 ml lemon oil;
  • - 1.00 ml of nutmeg oil;
  • - 1.25 ml of cinnamon oil;
  • - 0.25 ml of coriander oil;
  • - 0.25 ml of neroli oil or bergamot oil;
  • - 2.75 ml of lime oil;
  • - 0.25 ml lavender oil;
  • - 10.0 g food gum arabic;
  • - 3.00 ml of water
  • For concentrate:
  • - 17.5 ml of 75% citric acid or phosphoric acid;
  • - 2.00 l of water;
  • - 2.00 kg of white granulated sugar;
  • - 2.5 ml caffeine
  • - 30.0 food coloring E-150

Instructions

Step 1

Mix essential oils, add gum arabic and mix well, then add water and mix, preferably with a mixer or blender. The resulting flavor can be prepared in advance and stored until used: place the mixture in a tightly sealed glass container and refrigerate or store at room temperature. During storage, the oil separates from the water, this is a natural process. Just mix the stratified mixture once more before using. In the further cooking process, gum arabic will hold the ingredients together well.

Step 2

Mix the resulting flavor with phosphoric or citric acid. Mix water and sugar. Caffeine can be added, but if you do not want to make a caffeinated drink, the lack of caffeine will not affect the taste of the cola in any way. If you have added caffeine, stir it with water and sugar until it is completely dissolved before moving on to the next step. Slowly pour the acidic flavoring mixture into the sugar and water mixture. Add E 150 food coloring, which gives the drink a caramel color, and mix well.

Step 3

Mix the resulting concentrate, or any part of it, with water in a ratio of 1: 2, 5. At this stage, you need to carbonate the drink. This can be done either with the help of handy tools, or by using drinks soda machines that mix the concentrate with soda water. There is one more way, the simplest one - mix the prepared sparkling water with the concentrate. For those who are not looking for easy ways - soda with the help of improvised means, or dry ice. Place the drink in a large enough container with a tight lid. Add dry ice to a container, at the rate of 100 - 250 g of dry ice for each liter of liquid. Wait for the dry ice to dissolve, it takes 15 minutes for each liter of liquid. Dissolving, solid carbon dioxide penetrates into the liquid, forming bubbles, evaporates in thick white smoke, part of it settles to the bottom of the dish in solid white flakes. Pour the drink into another container and close the lid tightly.
