Coffee with cola is a well-known energy cocktail that allows you to stay vigorous for a long time, even if your strength is already at the limit. It is actively used by students during the session, sometimes by workers of various professions before deadlines. Remember that this mixture, in addition to the explosive energy effect, has contraindications!
Making a cocktail
You need two ingredients: a packet of instant coffee (or one teaspoon) and a glass of Coca-Cola. Empty the contents of the sachet onto the bottom of the glass, then slowly and carefully pour the cola into it. This should be done carefully, as a lot of foam is formed. It is for this reason that it is not recommended to pour coffee into a glass of cola or directly into a bottle. This does not affect the taste, but you risk losing half of the contents of the glass, which will pour out in the form of foam. The cocktail is ready, you can drink!
The recipe allows some variations, for example, you can use one sachet or one spoonful of coffee not for a glass of cola, but for 0.5 liters. Some even take one packet of coffee per liter of cola. Since the main purpose of this cocktail is not in its amazing taste properties, there is not much difference in what proportion you dilute with cola coffee. It is only important not to exceed the dosage of the coffee itself, do not take more than a teaspoon of it.
How does a cocktail work
Coca-Cola contains carbon dioxide, which by itself, getting into the stomach, irritates it and promotes vasodilation. This allows caffeine to enter the bloodstream much faster. Additionally, carbon dioxide multiplies its effect, since the concentration of caffeine in the blood rises just instantly.
The body receives a shock, reacting accordingly: adrenaline is released, the heartbeat quickens, the metabolism is activated in order to get rid of foreign substances in the blood as soon as possible. It is for this reason that you will feel incredible vigor for several hours.
The charge of activity is acquired so strong that it is not recommended to drink this cocktail at the usual time. In general, it is better not to use it, but if there really is a need, then you should drink such a mixture as rarely as possible. It is not recommended to do this more often than once every two weeks.
Coffee with cola is an extreme way when your strength is really at zero, and you can't rest. This is a pretty extreme method, albeit extremely powerful.
Contraindications
People who suffer from diseases of the cardiovascular system are strictly prohibited from drinking cola with coffee. Even if the problems are minimal, refrain. Those who suffer from high blood pressure should also never drink this cocktail. Also contraindications are kidney problems. Pregnant and lactating coffee with cola should be excluded.
