Sangrita is a non-alcoholic drink that has a pronounced sour-pungent taste. Traditionally, it is served with tequila in order to set off its taste as best as possible.
It is necessary
- - 500 ml of tomato juice;
- - 100 ml of orange juice;
- - 100 ml of grapefruit juice;
- - 50 ml lime juice;
- - 8 drops of Tabasco sauce;
- - a pinch of sea salt;
- - ground black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix orange, grapefruit and tomato juices in a shaker. Squeeze lime juice into them, add sea moth and Tabasco sauce. Mix everything again.
Step 2
Fill tall glasses with crushed ice. Pour the cooked sangrita into them and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper on top.
Step 3
Serve with tequila without stirring black pepper in the sangrita. Place a wedge of lime and sea salt next to the glasses - the best tequila snack.
