Step 1

Preheat the coffee beans before grinding to 30-35 ° C in a dry frying pan or in a Turk. Pour warm beans into the grinder and grind into a powder. Fine grinding will improve the quality of the finished beverage.

Prepare sugar, seasonings, water for coffee. Leave a few drops of cold water in the cup. Cinnamon, cloves, vanilla or cocoa give the coffee a sweet taste, while cardamom, black pepper and garlic add a savory finish.

Step 4

Pour one type of the chosen spice, ground coffee and sugar (to taste) into the Turk. Fill with cold water. Measure water with a coffee cup. For one cup of water - one heaping teaspoon of ground coffee. Spices - on the tip of a knife, cocoa - to taste.

Place the turkey on the stove or burner over very low heat. The brewing process should take at least three minutes. Do not leave the stove, be patient. Your task is not to miss the moment when the foam starts to rise.

Bring coffee to a boil, but never let it boil. If the drink heats up very quickly, remove the Turk from the burner or raise it higher above the fire. Do not disturb the crema formed over the coffee during brewing, save it. It will allow you to preserve the aroma and taste of the drink as much as possible.

After the first rise of the foam, add a few drops of cold water prepared in advance. Put on fire again. Repeat heating the coffee until the crema rises 2-3 times. Leave the brewed coffee in a warm place for 3-5 minutes.

To enhance the taste and aroma, freshly brewed coffee can be carefully poured into a warm ceramic coffee pot with a lid, after transferring the foam to it with a teaspoon. In a few minutes, brewed coffee in ceramic dishes will reveal the entire flavor bouquet.

Step 9

To make coffee with garlic, prepare a very small quarter of your little fingernail, a piece of garlic, and a teaspoon of honey. Brew coffee as described earlier without using spices and sugar.

Step 10

Add a chunk of garlic and honey to your already brewed coffee. Mix thoroughly and once again bring until the foam rises, or let it brew in a warm place for about five minutes. Can now be poured into coffee cups.
