It is very important if the manufacturer indicated the exact composition of the mixture on the product packaging. For example, robusta tastes bitter and contains more caffeine. But in arabica, caffeine is much less. It gives the drink a slight sourness, aroma and rich taste.

Nutty, amaretto, chocolate coffee

Currently, ground coffee with aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, nuts, amaretto, cognac and chocolate is becoming more and more popular. It is possible to distinguish the chemical composition of coffee from natural coffee. If just spices are added to it (nutmeg, vanilla, cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, etc.), then it is 80% natural. But the aromas of fruits, almonds, chocolate or alcohol are more likely identical to natural or artificial.
