Chinese food lovers will appreciate the taste of Chinese style chicken with eggplant. Rice, glass or egg noodles are great for this dish.

- For six servings:
- - chicken breasts - 800 grams;
- - eggplant - 900 grams;
- - red wine vinegar, soy sauce - 60 milliliters each;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - shabby fresh ginger, sesame seeds, cornstarch - 1 spoon each;
- - a little hot red pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into strips one centimeter wide. Cut the eggplants into long cubes.
Step 2
Fry the chicken in several batches in vegetable oil over high heat, the meat inside should stop turning pink. Remove on a plate and set aside.
Step 3
Put eggplants in a frying pan, add ginger, garlic, water (60 milliliters), bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover, fry, stirring occasionally, until the liquid evaporates - the eggplants will be ready by then.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, combine the vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds, flour, sugar and pepper.
Step 5
Add chicken to eggplant, cover with soy mixture, bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce heat, fry, stirring occasionally. The sauce should thicken. Chinese style chicken with eggplant is ready, bon appetit!
