Cut out small circles from the rolled dough using a round neck dish. Place each on a pre-greased and parchment-lined baking sheet so that there is sufficient distance between the future cheese cakes.
Step 5
Grease the surface of the circles laid out on a baking sheet with milk, then sprinkle with grated cheese. In this form, bake future cheese cakes, preheating the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees, for 12-15 minutes.
Step 6
After the time has elapsed, remove the baked goods from the oven, cool slightly, then serve. Cheese cakes with milk are ready!
