This apple pie can be served with custard or vanilla ice cream. You can use other soft berries or fruits instead of apples.

Step 1
Peel the apples, cut in half, and remove the core. Then cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Coat a small pie pan with butter, you can also take a regular frying pan.
Step 3
Whisk the egg whites, vanilla extract, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in a deep bowl. Then add flour, nuts, apples. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Transfer the dough to a prepared form or frying pan, bake until tender (most likely 30 minutes will be enough).
