Instructions

Step 1

Stuff the pita with minced meat. To do this, chop one onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Grate one carrot on a medium grater and add to the onion. Fry the vegetables until the carrots are half cooked. Then put 400 grams of minced pork and beef into the pan.

Step 2

Continue frying for another 20 minutes, stirring constantly to separate any lumps that form. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper a few minutes before cooking. Grate 50 grams of cheese and cut two tomatoes into thin slices.

Step 3

Wash and dry a few lettuce leaves, then prepare the garlic sauce. To do this, squeeze 2 cloves of garlic through a press, mix them with 150 grams of mayonnaise, add a sufficient amount of chopped parsley and dill, mix.

Step 4

Spread half of the garlic sauce on a sheet of pita bread, step back a little from the edges and put a layer of minced meat on it. Coat the second sheet of pita bread on both sides with the remaining sauce and lay on the minced meat. Lay lettuce and tomatoes on top, then pour a little mayonnaise on the top layer. Grease the third sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise on both sides, place on top, sprinkle with cheese and roll everything together into a roll.

Step 5

Make a light version of the vegetable filling. To do this, cut 2 large onions and 250 grams of fresh mushrooms into cubes. Grate one medium-sized carrot on a coarse grater. Fry mushrooms and vegetables in vegetable oil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Step 6

In a separate bowl, mix 100 grams of ketchup with the same amount of sour cream. Grease the lavash with the prepared sauce, put the contents of the pan on top, form a roll and put it in the refrigerator for several hours.

Step 7

For the festive filling, boil three hard-boiled eggs and chop them as small as possible. Open a jar of canned pink salmon in oil and drain the excess liquid from it, and mash the fish with a fork. In a separate bowl, chop a few sprigs of parsley and dill, and then grate 4 cloves of garlic. Mix with 150 grams of mayonnaise.

Step 8

Spread a sheet of pita bread on the table and brush with sauce, grate 50 grams of cheese on top and cover with a second sheet of pita bread, greased with mayonnaise on both sides. Put canned fish in the next layer, cover them with a sheet of pita bread, and then brush with mayonnaise. Sprinkle the pita bread with chopped eggs and roll everything together into a tight roll.
