Unsweetened muffins with cheese, sausage and dried herbs will be an unusual savory snack. The recipe is very simple, and a set of ingredients is available.

- - 120 g of Gouda cheese;
- - 100 g of cooked smoked sausage or ham;
- - 1 glass of kefir;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of unscented sunflower oil;

- - 1 teaspoon tomato paste;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of fine salt;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of ground paprika;
- - a pinch of dried basil.

Step 1
Sift the wheat flour and baking powder through a sieve into a deep bowl. Add a pinch of dried basil and stir.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the chicken egg, kefir, vegetable oil and tomato paste. Whisk with a whisk until smooth.

Combine the kefir-egg mixture with flour and mix quickly. Finely chop the sausage and gouda, add to the dough, stir again to distribute the filling evenly.

Place the paper crimped liners in the muffin cups. Divide the dough into the tins, filling them about two-thirds of the way up. Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 ° C.
