Cooking process
In the course of cooking, you need to carefully follow each step of the step-by-step recipe. Otherwise, the cake may not work. To start making a cake, you must:
- Beat the sour cream with sugar using a mixer and put in the refrigerator for 34-40 minutes.
- In a glass or ceramic bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a white foam forms - this is for making a biscuit.
- Whisk the yolks in a separate bowl. After that, they must be combined with the whipped egg whites. Stir the mixture constantly while pouring.
- Sift the flour through a sieve and add to the egg mass. This should be done not too intensely so that the dough does not lose its original airiness.
At this stage, you need to break away from the process in order to put the oven on heating. The temperature in it should be 180 ° C. While the oven is preheating, you need to take a baking sheet and put special baking paper on it. The surface of the paper is greased with butter.
