It is necessary

    • 80 g flour;
    • 40 ml warm water;
    • 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare your kitchen before you start making the dough. Bread doesn't like drafts, so make sure the vents are closed.

Step 2

Pour 40 ml of warm water (water temperature 27-38 degrees) into a small bowl or saucepan. Dissolve dry instant yeast in prepared water. At the same time, thoroughly mix the yeast with water and make sure that it completely dissolves without leaving a single grain. Gently add the pre-sifted flour to a bowl and knead the rather sticky but very soft dough.

Step 3

Transfer the future dough to a small bowl. Cover with cling film on top and place in a warm place for 1-2 hours. During this time, the dough will approximately double in size and acquire a porous, viscous structure. Do not place a bowl of dough next to strong-smelling foods, otherwise the dough may absorb the smell.

Step 4

Take the prepared dough. Transfer it to a large bowl or saucepan. Add a little warm (40 degrees) water to a bowl of dough and stir everything very well with a wooden spatula or spoon. The dough is ready. You can start making dough for future bread.
