- - dark chocolate - 340 g;
- - sugar - 1 glass;
- - egg yolk - 12 pcs.;
- - cocoa powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Taking a fairly large saucepan, place the following ingredients in it: a little beaten egg yolks in advance, as well as granulated sugar and 3 cups of milk. After placing the mixture on the stove, heat it, whisking thoroughly, until the mass begins to thicken.
Step 2
After removing the thick milk-yolk mixture from the heat, mix with the following ingredients: the remaining 3 glasses of milk and half of the dark chocolate, which was previously chopped with a grater or broken into very small pieces. Stir everything until the resulting mass has a homogeneous consistency. Note that the milk should be poured in gradually, not all at once.
Step 3
Place the formed chocolate mass in the refrigerator for cooling. It can also be cooled by placing it on ice.
Step 4
After rubbing the remnants of dark chocolate on a fine grater, add them to the main solidified mass. Mix everything properly, then transfer the resulting mixture to a suitable dish and send to the freezer. Stir the future treat for 3-4 hours every 30 minutes.
Step 5
Sprinkle the finished dessert with cocoa powder on top before serving. The Italian chocolate ice cream is ready!
